| Initial, On-Site, Same Exam & Later Day Retakes (CRDTS Dental Schools) & Independent Sites with a minimum of 15 candidates | Complimentary for first failed procedures within one exam part. If more than one exam part has failed procedures (DCTP, Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Restorative), it is $350 per part regardless of the number of procedures retaken within that exam part. |
